In 2012, I was living the American dream. Owned a large 3 bedroom, 2 bath, den, 2,477 sqft home in suburbia for just me and my dog. Every room was full of stuff including an large master, office, a gym, a guest room, game room, swimming pool, and was building out a dedicated home theater. It was way too much.
When I had the opporuntity to move to a new city, I embraced it, downsized to a San Francisco loft half the size, and sold everything except what would fit in the back of a rented Chevrolet Suburban.
Of course I bought some new stuff to live in the San Francisco loft and the following San Diego beach house, but in 2017, I reduced all my personal possessions to what would fit in the back of my Jeep Wrangler to support my new nomadic lifestyle.
Since Audrey records an excessive amount of data for me about me, I can closely watch what I own and what I spend. How much do I have?
Plus my Jeep Wrangler. This does not include the rental properties or the tools and supplies used in my business.
