Quantified Self

The ‘Quantified Self’… with new technologies and trackers available today, is becoming more and more an important movement of people that want to understand more about themselves by tracking bits of data about themselves and then analyzing it to change for the better. Over a decade ago, I started tracking data like what I ate, how much a walked, where I have been, photos I take, money I spend, media I consume, and how I communicate.

Since then, I have been gathering and record more and more types of data. Here are some datapoint counts of what I have collected since mid 2000.
